The Rays are frustrating me to no end. They have what has been called the 2nd coming of Carl Crawford down in AAA, and they refuse to promote him. Come on man, Sam Fuld is nothing but a .225 hitter; he's proven THAT now.
Hopefully, if the Rays continue to fall in the AL East, they will call the kid up and see what they got.

I keep waiting for him to get the call…have him on a dynasty team or two…really thought I'd be getting use out of him by now. Don't know what they are waiting for! .826 OPS, 12 HR, 17 SB at AAA so far this year in 88 games.

He has arrived, and in a big way in his first game back.
Nice grab, even though you had to wait.
Maybe someone on the Rays figured he needed the long stint in the minors to really be ready this time around.
