Alex Gordon – He was the 2nd overall pick in the draft a couple years ago and was compared to A-rod. There are some critics out there but hes still only 25 and entering his 3rd season. Gordon should be entering his prime and if he can improve his batting average this should be a great season.

I agree with Josh Johnson and Clayton Kershaw as well. Both are good pitchers with good/great run support. Matt Weiters on anyone else's list or is that too obvious? I think when he gets called (I've heard early may even with a tweaked hammy) he will make an instant impact. There aren't too many catchers out there with his potential.

josh johnson is looking great

chris davis strikes out quite a bit and will have to improve his OBP before he can be considered a top prospect
