  im trying to get rafael soriano in a full dynasty league

20 teams full rottesirre   i am doing well in saves already  but i have matt capps so that bubble could burst very soon .

he wants  mat latos  , phillip hughes  or jorge delarosa in reurn ..

 

 im thinking of pulling the trigger for jorde delarosa

   am i giving up too much ?  

 

all thoughts and opinions are a welcome

Well I wouldn't give up either of the other guys…so if you're gonna do it – De La Rosa has to be the guy.  And I really don't like him that much anyway.  I think he's going to be hit or miss from game to game…I'd probably rather have Soriano than him.

 

But no way do you give up Hughes, and I wouldn't trade Latos at this point either.

no way i trade Latos  or Hughes…  they are the cornerstones of my staff

 

 

 the only reason i drafted delarosa was for K's and i am  doing decent n K's

yeah if de la rosa is a spot starter, and you want to shore up in th saves department, go for it. They'll be someone on the ww with a high K rate you can get if it becomes a problem. I agree that putting to much faith in capps is a slippery slope. couple of blown saves and they'll be clamoring for storen (who i think should be on a dynasty roster right now, no matter the league size) so another point in favor of the trade.

 i picked up villanueva which i was fortunate to get . hopefully he stays in the closer role for  a while

 i tried to get andrew bailey but the owner was too high on him.

 drew storen is unavailibe ,  this league is a 20 team dynasty so virtually all prospects are gone . i have guys on my lineup who will not make a contribution this year such as casey kelly ,ryan perry(perry actually has a few saves for me  and a nice ERA and WHIP) , travis snider , chris coghlan, and mike minor.

 

  anytime you go searching for a category such as saves owners try to guage you for as much as they can. in a dynasty league like this im not prepared to over pay for a player that may only be a closer for one or two seasons.

 

 i have many OFs  but none are great trade bait .  denard span could be attractive to someone because of the steals  but my steals could also use some improvement . i have braun and would never trade him , i was lucky to get him in the 1st rd !

  what do you think of span's value ?

what do you think of hunter pence's value ?

 both guys are undderated right now but have nice potential moving forward.  my team is very young and right now teetering between 3rd and 4th in this 20 team league
