Im actually not sure where to rank Edinson Volquez this year. He seems to be one of the hardest players to rank. He was so dominate in the first half of the season but was burnt out in the second half. Many experts think Dusty Baker ruined his arm for this upcoming year. What does everyone else think about this kid?

No I like him a lot this year. Wasn't he second in the NL with like 200 plus strikeouts? Where is his current ADP anyway?

That's a good point, he was a bit disappointing after April/May.  One reason to be encouraged, is that he had a very solid September, with 45 Ks in 33 innings, and brought his WHIP back down to 1.27.

It looks like he is going in round 9 right now. (ADP 107)

At last count, it is estimated that the 2009 NY Yankees team salary will significantly exceed the GDP of at least 9 separate countries.

Round 9 should be pretty good value for Volquez.
