To qualify for rookie status, a player must not have exceeded 130 at-bats or 50 innings pitched in the Major Leagues, or accumulated more than 45 days on the active roster of a Major League club or clubs during the 25-player limit period, excluding time on the disabled list or in military service.
Most of these players wont make a huge impact for our fantasy teams until 2 or 3 seasons yet.
Although some Ex: David Price, could make a big impact this year.

I think he will be an above average Catcher in the Majors eventually. It might take him a couple more years.

Another guy to maybe keep an eye on, is Taylor Teagargen, and the catcher situation on the Rangers. Teagarden would probably have an easier chance starting for most teams, but Texas also has Saltalamacchia and Max Ramirez.
Teagarden might be the best hitter of the three, he was really solid, with 6 HRs and a .320 avg in 47 ABs last year.

At last count, it is estimated that the 2009 NY Yankees team salary will significantly exceed the GDP of at least 9 separate countries.

I like Price.
Price is obviously awesome, terrific fastball, and a nasty slider. Weiters looks like a real potential impact player, but it looks like he is going in the 10th round. A little high for a risky young player, I probably wouldn't reach for him. (Maybe take a chance on Ianetta or Clement ?)
I also really like Cameron Maybin. He was disappointing last year, but his power/speed combination is intriguing. Definitely worth taking a chance on around the 21st round or thereabouts.

Travis Snider is one of the few players on this list that will begin the season as a starter. Snag him.
