Just made this deal in my league..

I picked up Andrew McCutchen and Jeff Neimann in exchange for Carlos Gonzalez and Doug Fister.

So far, I've picked up some real gems in free agency, getting Paul Konerko and Andruw Jones. I also swung a deal for Vernon Wells, and have my OF as is of

- Wells

- McCutchen (if this deal is passed through)

- Jones

- Michael Bourn

- Nick Swisher (who I also use as my 1B backup to Miggy– got off to a horrible start but has been on fire lately)

- Jason Bay

- Franklin Guitierrez

Reason for McCutchen– he brings me steals and average. I don't see these numbers tapering, even on the Pirates. I also really like Neimann and think he's gonna be a top 15 pitcher by season's end.. I don't quite have the same call on Fister, who I stole off the wire but I see him cooling off and getting figured out.

Its funny Jake, I actually drafted Swisher, cut him to get Wells, then wound up picking him back up.
