Would you trade one of these guys? And what is that value of an Ace compared to a big hitter?

I would if you can get a stud. If you can get a braun or jason bay (i think this guy will have a huge year) for one of the lesser. They'll put up numbers all week while your pitchers will put up great numbers once or twice a week.

Depends what your league scoring is on. Some scoring favors pitching others favor the hitters.
Out of those four I like Joba the least by far.
