Texas vs. St. Louis.  I was rooting for the Brewers, but at least glad to see Texas make it, and hoping they stick it to the Cards in the series.  Hoping for 7 games of awesomeness, with Texas winning that last one……

I can't believe the Cards are even here.  Pretty amazing run they've put together.

Am rooting for Texas too.  St. Louis has won it enough times.  I always love it when a new team gets their first title.

More importantly, Mom is a Rangers fan.  I am a Giants fan.  So last year I got my wish; this year hopefully hers.

I spent some time when I was a kid in Arlington, so the Rangers are my second "home" team behind the Royals….

Of course back when I was there, I think my favorite player was Odibee McDowell…..

Really hoping this thing goes 7.  Think it will.  Garcia pitches lights out at home in St. Louis; maybe LaRussa won't even have to call the bullpen, lol.

Anyways, if it goes 7 I can actually watch a full game for a change.

I'm not a fan of the Cards(like Berkman) or the Rangers(should be called Republicans). I am a fan of Napoli, Cruz and Beltre because they helped me fantasy wise and only one Card helped me (Berkman) so, I'll go with Texas(plus Adams was the set up reliever for the Padres at the seasons start)

I'll have you know I uttered the words during game 6, "This game is an all-time classic", a full 2 innings before Tim (I can't shut up) McCarver said them, lol.

Darn it!  I thought it would be tough for the Rangers to come back after being a strike away TWICE from winning the World Series in Game 6.

Reminded me of 2002, when the Giants blew a lead in Game 6 when they were only 5 outs away from putting it away.  Rob Nen tried to pitch through a broken wing and couldn't get the job done.  Like the Rangers last night, the Giants scored in the first inning of Game 7, but that was it.

Soooooooooo, will the Rangers become the Buffalo Bills of Major League baseball?
