Is it just me, or does anyone else get frustrated with hearing fantasy writers say this about middle tier/prospect type of guys?  Seems every rookie that comes up, or change in a line-up, and some writer says, "He's worth a stash if you have the bench space."

Who in the world has the bench space!?  If you are competitive at all, you feel you don't have enough spots for the talent that is out there.

Most yahoo leagues have 23 spots.  There's just not room for speculative adds.  Give me a break.  I'm in one crazy league that has 29 spots, with 12 owners, and most of them ACTIVE.  The waiver wire is thin, but not thin enough for stashes.

Just tonight, in my readings across the fantasy landscape, I saw the following players mentioned with the caveats of "if you have room", "keep him on your radar" or "should be owned":  Brandon Belt, Jason Kipnis, Cody Ransom, Pedro Alverez, Danny Duffy, Lorenzo Cain, Jose Altuve, Yonder Alonso, and Kyle Blanks.  Nine guys…in one day.  And that doesn't even count the "saves" specuative adds of guys like Aaron Crow, Matt Lindstrom, Mike Dunn, or Edward Mujica (you should of grabbed Mike Adams by now, hahahahahahaha).

Anyways, just venting.  Sometimes I wonder if these writers actually play in real leagues.

PS:  If you need help, I guess I just gave you a slew of names to check out, LOL.

I hear ya. Baseball is so different than football. I find myself wasting away on chance to land players that can help me because I keep using my fantasy football way of thinking of waiting on sleepers. Baseball is very different.
