Hey, I am looking to trade one of my catcher eligable players. Would you keep Sandoval or Inge?

Option 1: take a risk on Sandoval, and try to use Inge's recent success to package him in a deal for a big name player.

Option 2: take a risk on Inge, and trade Sandoval.

My Team:

C- Sandoval/Inge

1B- A. Gonzalez

2B- A. Ramirez

3B- M. Cabrera

SS- J. Peralta

OF- Ludwick/ Dunn/ Quentin/ B. Upton/ R. Winn

SP- Matsuzaka (DL)/ Nolasko/ Guthrie/ Saunders/ C.Young/ K. Lohse

RP- F. Rodriguez/ B. Fuentes/ J. Soria/ Hoffman (DL)*

*=Only on my team to use as trade bait

I actually dropped Sandoval for Inge last week. Both are really in the same boat as they are C eligible but playing in the field. Sandoval might have a better AVG but I think Inge has more power and hits 20-25 HRs.

Its really a gut call, but I prefer In ge based on that he's had good seasons (based on being a catcher) before.

I would keep Sandoval and trade away Inge. I really like Sandovals potential to be a great hitter. We all know what your getting out of Inge already, which isnt to great in my opiniom.

With that being said, if you dont think Sandoval will be any good, dont trade him now. Wait until he starts hitting then trade him for someone you like.

I guess if you want to trade Inge, now is the time to do it. Hit his 6th bomb last night.

I am going to hang onto Inge because even when he comes back to earth, I see a .270/25/80/5 season and not too many catchers will put up those numbers. Gotta love those eligibility loopholes!

Looks like most of us agree selling Inge high right now is the way to go.

Ok, I have a tentative agreement with a trade. I think I know the answer but I want to check with you guys.

I Give:

Inge, Hoffman, Lohse, Peralta

I Get:

Verlander, Wainwright, Furcal

My team roster is on the first post.

Wow, I would accept that offer for sure. IMO you win big.

That will improve your team a lot. Good work!
