I need a big bat my staff is redic i have lincecum greinke and santana …pap and cordero for saves …and my other starters are johnny cueto and joba …and my of is weak rite now i have markakis who is great but i have corey hart matt laporta and dexter fowler….should i try to trade one of my big guns for an of? or am i in panic mode?

WOW.. great SP's. Who is on the waiver wire? Is Cruz or Lind or somebody of the like out there? I would have a hard time getting rid of any of those three. What kind of scoring do you have? Are there limits on how many innings pitched or anything like that? Post your full roster too so maybe we can get a little more insight to help.

Your staff has to pitch 25 innings a week to get the pitching stats …and thanks for helping me and welcoming me to the site!!!! someone offered me jason bay and aj burnett for santana and markakis but no way i didnt even think about it markakis and bay are a push and i would be a huge downgrade at pitcher with D L Burnett….i mean A J……its a 12 team league…..i mean i am in 1st place by a half a game i just dont feel my offense is gonna last all year

a guy is offerering me Nelson cruz jason bay and yovani gollardo for Johan Santana and Nick Markakis……He has Arod …i dont know if i can trade Johan unless i get a premier guy back…

I would do the gallardo/cruz/bay. If thats the only people fishing for a trade. I think bay and markakis is a wash and yovanni/cruz>santana

Welcome Bruno.
I would not take that trade If I were you. Johan will probably finish as the #1 SP in the game and Nick Markakis a top 4 OF.
