There are so many great numbers for a lot of players, but especially for 5x5 leagues, it's hard to argue against Matt Kemp:

115 runs scored…39 Home Runs…126 RBI…40 Stolen Bases…a .324 batting average.

Now the big question is whether he can do it again?  He had another great year a few years ago, only to follow up with a ho-hum effort.  It's obvious this year he can play through distractions, ie, the Giants fan almost getting killed, the owners divorce, team bankruptcy, MLB trying to take over the team, so THAT kind of stuff shouldn't be an issue.

So, will he do it again, or do you go with Albert Pujols or Ryan Braun at number one?

Who else did you have in the running, Bones?

 

I'd say the top guy was definitely Kemp, followed closely by Braun and Ellsbury.
