He was the big prize in the trade that sent Trevor Cahill to the D-backs, and now we all get a chance to see what he can do. He will get a spot start against the White Sox this Wednesday, and may be worth a speculative add since he is one of the elite prospects in the game. At the very least streamers may want to use him for a spot start.
In 20+ innings for AAA Sacramento, Parker has struck out 21 hitters in sporting a 2.17 ERA.
