Travis Snider was recalled to the bigs on Sunday, and delievered big time on the 4th of July with 3 doubles.  Now, if he hits lefty Jon Lester tonight in Boston, we REALLY will have a story.  Nevertheless, Snider is one of those "adds" at mid-season that can help a fantasy team get into the playoffs….for the owners still paying attention.

This is particularly important because we are going to hit the injury zone here at mid-season.  Just today, Youkilis, Tulo, Morse, Braun, and Polanco are all out of the line-ups with injuries.

Three others who could be of help soon would include Brandon Belt of the Giants, Chris Davis of the Rangers (who is tearing it up in AAA), and SOMEDAY Desmond Jennings…who I am particularly interested in for the 3 leagues I'm in that includes triples as a category.
